VOLPE is bringing a scent of the MEDITERRANEAN sea to the Chao Praya river. 


Inspired by the architecture of Porto Cervo in Sardinia, it combines the glamour of the European Summer Lifestyle with the amazing view of the Bangkok riverside. 

In the Kitchen, our Cosmopolitan chef Emanuele Serra, trained in the Michelin Star restaurant S’apposentu in his birthplace of Sardinia, has developed a menu of mediterranean tapas, working with the best of the seasonal European seafood and local rare delicacies.


Sit back and enjoy our lofty Riverfront Terrace with a glass of Champagne or Natural White Wine.

Emanuele is the perfect example of the 

“Cosmopolitan Chef”. He has kept the same 

appetite for discovery over the years 

while experimenting with ingredients and techniques

from Italy, Thailand, France, South Korea and Japan.

best light when discovering new products at the local

market or learning a new cooking method.
