In the Kitchen, our Cosmopolitan chef Emanuele Serra, trained in the Michelin Star restaurant S’apposentu in his birthplace of Sardinia, has developed a menu of mediterranean tapas, working with the best of the seasonal European seafood and local rare delicacies.
